So our visit in Mooloolaba was great. We pretty much had free guided tours by Hunter and his friend Kate. We stayed in there university accomodation. Squishy but it was free. The 3 of us kind of took over. The first night we were there we had a BBQ and played some pool. Girls Vs Guys. Surprisingly the girls won both games. Though I have to admit I didnt get any of the pool balls in. I swear at one point in life I had some skill, but its gone now. Ill have to practise on that. The next day we had a BIG day at the Zoo. Spend the full day there. Hunter is an advid Zoo member so he took us all around telling us little facts about all the animals which was very nice, otehrwards we wouldnt have known anything!! That night for dinner we made Tacos and watched Hot Rod and The fighter. The 2nd day we climbed Mt. Coolum (208m I looked it up) Haha not so impressive compared to Grouse or anything, but still a pretty good hike. And it had an amazing view of all the city and the ocean. We then drove to Dikie beach and saw a ship wreck then had Thai food for dinner and really really good Gelato. So we decided to keep the activities gonig and hiked around Kondalilla national park. SUCH AND AMAZING PLACE! So beautiful. Its a rainforest and it had a huge waterfall in the middle. Took plenty of pictures. One day they will make it to facebook but I have no way of getting them there for a while. Afterwards we watched the Crocodile Hunter and How I Met Your Mother. Man do they ever pick on us Canadians in that show. So funny. People are actually asking me if all the stereo types are true, and so far none are. Unless anyone else knows of some naked weather girl in canada. But personally I've never heard of her. The last day before we caught our bus we headed to the Plaza Shopping Mall, which is actually located on a river. Like the river goes through (under) the Mall. really cool. Bought only stuff I needed... Starting to get better at that. The best part of this day was trying to fit 4 people, 3 surf boards and 3 big traveling backpacks in Kates small little car... But we did it. Tight squeeze, got some funny photos.
The ride to Noosa was short. Were staying at the Dolphin Beach House (a little hostil). The first nigth here we watched the sun set while eating our dinner on the beach. It was a nice welcoming. Were currently looking for work here. So hopefulyl something pops up. I applied at a motorcycle dealership, really missing the industry, but I havent heard back from them. The weather finally cleared up today and it was beautiful. We had been watching movies inside during the nights to get out of the rain (well it was sprinkling). Weve been gonig for runs and walks and eating really really tasty healthy food. Its a nice change. Maybe get rid of the famous spot X baby. Skyped home with my family and the Smiths yesterday which was lovely to see everyone. Then today with Kelly and the fam and Kerry Anderson and Uncle Owen. Nice to chat with everyone and get updated!! I miss everyone soo soo soo Much!! Ill keep you guys updated! Love you all!!
