More adventures..

I havent updated ina while so i'll sum up what I've been up to. So the last week at spot X was amazing like usual. We had some waterfront nights( which you get when you get grom of the week). I had one aswell as Cecilia so we had some fun in those. We fianlly got through the full Hot Rod movie. They now understand my world a little bit more. Its funny cause when we meet people there like so how did you guys meet and they are like we worked at a surf camp for a while and thought she was funny and brought her with us!! HAHA. I tell people they just fell in love with me and weve been unseperable ever since. As much fun as the last week at spot X was, it weas really hard to leave that place. So many amazing people that weve gotten to know so well, aswell as new people arriving that we didn't feel like saying good bye to yet. But we took the plunge and left. It was a very emotional day and very rused. I had so many things to do before I left then all of a sudden then bus was leaving and I was running to it and saying my goodbyes. Hopefully not goodbye for forever because I really want to see these amazing friends down the road. I already have poeple lined up to come out to Vancouver! And I couldn't be happier. Louie plans to come work on the ski resorts after new years!! So wierd to be gone from my temporary home but it had to be done.

From Spot X we kind of last minute changed our plabs and did a little round about trip to Brisban for 1 night because it was the Mojo Snow Party. Everone dresses up in white and parties. I wore a 80's inspired costume... Head band, cool shirt that said Keep it real and white high socks. So fun.. There were people dressed up as ferries, bunnies, ghosts... Woke up the next day after 2 hours sleep and went to Byron for the day then off to Yamba.

Yamba is a really cool little surfers town which takes pride in the small number of people, not to many houses... They just want to keep it quiet and amazing. The first night we got there was tribal theme night for one of the people working there. So we put on our best of tribal clothes and stuck leaves and branches in our hair and smudged black makeup for dirt on our faces... Turned out pretty good if you ask me. We went surfing with Shane (owner of the hostil) the second day which was amazing. Tought us loads. And a couple days later we went with him again. The last day we went on the Shanes $10 bullshit tour. Pretty much the whole time he is winding you up for the 10 meter cliff jump that we all have to do, or he will push us off, the snake he pretends to pull out of a hole which is actually rubber, feeding what we thought were piranhas with our hands and a bunch of other things. He was such an amazing guy, so energetic and helpful. An amzing place all together.

After Yamba we headed to the Famous Byron Bay!! The first night we took it easy, still recovering from all the other nights. And friday Diede from camp surprised us and showeed up for the weekend to hang out with us!! So friday night we went to Cheeky Monkeys (some of you may have heard about this place.. known for its parties and table dancing!!) for dinner and many drinks. We won a couple jugs at our Mojo reserved table for winning the flag game (They say a country and you find the flag in the bar, take a picture and show it to them) And also alomost won the scavenger hunt.. Me and Cecilia caome 3rd and 2nd. Pretty much they name things and you have to find them and vbring them to the stage.. For example someones shirt, a condom, toilet paper, a straw... So funny... Managed to get a huge bruise from this game though. From here we went to Woodys then Buddha bar then back to Woodies. Fun night all together!! The next night we went to beach hotel met some fun guys and I had a dance battle with one of them. So fun. And the next day we went snorkeling at Julianas rock. AMAZING!! Saw turtles, soo many colourful fish and 2 sharks (harmless I believe) Just being able to see eberything in the water was such a cool experience. But im getting kicked off the computer so ill finish tomorow!!! LOVE LOVE

  1. Well, it sure sounds like you're making the most of your adventure! Keep writing, in another 10 years from now, all those little details will be a little foggy :)

    Love you, xox
